I sought Michael and Allie’s help to sell a small West Hollywood condo with some particular challenges.  The unit was small and did not get good light or have a view.  The condo building was constructed in the ‘70’s and of course, styles and basic amenities have changed substantially since that time.  Michael and Allie were frank about the challenges but was just as optimistic that despite the drawbacks, the unit could be successfully marketed if certain steps were taken.  They recommended a number of relatively inexpensive cosmetic fixes; provided references for excellent tradespeople; and located a wonderful staging service.  The staging made all the difference, transforming the condo into a sleek little pied-a-terre.  Michael and Allie had spectacular photos taken for advertising the unit; held numerous open houses; and once a prospective buyer was found, they quickly negotiated a sales agreement.  They were just as helpful during the escrow process as during the pre-sale period.  Michael and Allie stayed on top of a wide variety of repairs, inspections and of course, a mountain of documents.  I was particularly impressed by how efficient the escrow process was. Michael and Allie’s continuous oversight moved things along rapidly to a successful conclusion.  There may be better real estate agents out there but I doubt it.  You can’t go wrong by entrusting your sale or purchase of a home in Michael and Allie’s hands.
